How we calculated this

Baseline lifetime value = Average ticket × Visits per week × 52 × Years retained.

Loyalty-lifted value applies your chosen visit-frequency uplift to the same formula. The default sits in the middle of the range commonly cited for hospitality loyalty programs — roughly 15–35% visit-frequency uplift on active members. Slide the input to match your own expectation: the low end for a conservative plan, the high end if your program is highly engaged. Your actual uplift will depend on execution — staff training, re-engagement cadence, reward design.

What this calculator doesn't include: second-order effects like word-of-mouth from loyal customers, higher review volume, or new-customer referrals from lifted local-search visibility. These can add meaningfully on top — but they're hard to model cleanly, so we've left them out to keep the numbers honest and conservative.

This is a planning tool, not a forecast. Figures are illustrative based on the inputs you enter. Real-world performance varies by cafe, location, customer mix, and how actively the program is run — we're not representing these numbers as a guarantee of outcome on LoyalText or any other platform.
